About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading provider of strategic cloud transformation and IT consulting services to find an Architect - Enterprise Solutions. This is a senior-level position focused on optimizing ERP/CRM systems and creating scalable solutions. You will play a key role in driving technical innovation, shaping system architecture, and guiding the delivery of complex enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, ERP/CRM platforms, and a passion for delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Solution Design & Optimization: Lead the architecture and optimization of ERP/CRM systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on technical issues, component design, and overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, offer technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, adhering to technical standards and best practices.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, integrating innovative solutions into existing architectures where applicable.
  • Proposal Development & RFP Contributions: Contribute to proposal development and RFP responses, leveraging deep technical knowledge to present compelling solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Lead internal technical discussions and share insights with the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions, particularly in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, ERP/CRM system design, and enterprise architecture. Familiarity with integration methods (SOAP/REST APIs) and performance optimization is a must.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications in ERP/CRM platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise architecture are highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of both traditional and Agile SDLC processes.
