Backend Developer – Node.js + PythonLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai (hybrid)Experience: 3–6 YearsEmployment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and Python to design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-backed applications.You will collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to build robust, enterprise-grade solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop backend applications, APIs, and microservices using Python & Node.js.- Convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable backend solutions.- Write clean, reusable, optimized code following best practices and coding standards.- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and backend components.- Develop data processing pipelines, automation scripts, and performance enhancements.- Perform unit testing, debugging, and version control using Git & CI/CD pipelines.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3–6 years of strong backend development experience.- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks: Django, FastAPI, or Flask.- Good understanding of Node.js and modern backend practices.- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OOP concepts, and microservices architecture.- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and ORM tools.- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.- Bonus: Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or AI/ML workflows.Key Competencies- Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)- Node.js Backend Development- API Development & Integrations- CI/CD & Cloud Deployment- Data Handling & Performance Tuning- Agile Collaboration & Problem SolvingInterested Candidates can share their CVS to
