Solution Architecture:
Design end-to-end solutions for new features, considering scalability, performance, security, installation, and integration requirements.
Technical Leadership:
Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of complex web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and best practices to help drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define technical strategies, prioritize features, and establish product roadmaps.
Quality:
Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase.
Collaborate with QA/QE teams to implement robust testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Quanum ECS product.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Create technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and implementation guides. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team to promote continuous learning and skill development.
Required Work Experience:
Extensive experience (12+ years) in software development, with a focus on full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies such as Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
Extensive experience in frontend development using React / Angular (preferably Angular 2+), including advanced components, services, routing, and state management.
Proven experience in solution architecture and design.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.
Solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend build tools.
Experience in GitHub/GitLab/any other source control tools
Experience in Developing in microservices and Rest API
Experience in CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins/Other tools and deploying applications using it.
Preferred Work Experience:
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
