Position Overview
At Everstream, we are passionate about helping our customers succeed through the use of our products. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven professional to manage one of our product areas. As a Product Manager, you will drive product innovation through customer discovery, prioritization and delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and contribute to our mission of transforming the supply chain risk analytics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product discovery and proactively engage with customers to uncover insights into their needs and develop a deep understanding of their workflows
Create and maintain a deep understanding of our target market, customer personas, and user behavior to inform product decisions
Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
Establish and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
Drive the product development process with clear product requirements and rapid iterations
Build strong partnerships and collaboration with key product functions to discover, test, and release each feature
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success
Coordinate of product development projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate product strategy, initiatives and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Skills And Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, with experience in building B2 B Saa S products for enterprises
Pragmatic approach and bias to action: you prefer to improve iteratively rather than working on long-term bets
Demonstrated capability and hands-on experience in developing products with an interest in data science
Strong product management skills, including product strategy, prioritization and customer discovery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and across product lines, building alignment on strategy and execution
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Transportation industries a plus
A strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, and knowledge of best practices and common pitfalls in enterprise adoption a plus
