As we continue to expand across global regions, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive / HR Specialist to support our domestic and international HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (Domestic & International – EMEA, Thailand & Brunei)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple geographies.Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners for timely closures.Source, screen, and interview candidates as per business requirements.Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless joining experience.Maintain applicant tracking and communication through Zoho Recruit ATS .Background Verification & Vendor CoordinationHandle the complete background verification process post onboarding.Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure verifications are completed within defined timelines.Ensure all background checks are initiated immediately upon joining as per TAT standards.MIS & DashboardsMust have hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel — this is a non-negotiable requirement.Prepare monthly and quarterly HR and Recruitment Dashboards and presentations.Maintain accurate MIS reports on recruitment metrics, hiring status, and turnaround time (TAT).Provide timely data insights and analytics for leadership reviews and audits.Employee Engagement ActivitiesPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives across teams and locations.Organize team-building activities and engagement events to enhance employee morale.Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and recognition.Employee Connects & Query ResolutionConduct regular employee connect sessions to strengthen communication.Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally and promptly.Maintain healthy employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.HR Operations & ComplianceDraft and manage official documents such as requested by different Team, client-requested HR documents, and other employee correspondence.Support internal and external HR audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.Ensure HR processes adhere to Eventus Security’s internal policies and statutory requirements.Job SpecificationsExperience: 3–6 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or Security domain).Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.Functional Skills:Advanced Excel (mandatory)Zoho Recruit / HRMS tools proficiencyPowerPoint presentation and reporting skillsSoft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAnalytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and timelinesPreferred: Exposure to global recruitment and cross-country HR operations (EMEA/SEA regions).Why Join Eventus SecurityOpportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing cybersecurity organization .Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country coordination .A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.Interested candidates can directly message me or share their resumes at & Regards,Team HREventus Security
