Hiring: Data Engineer LeadExperience: 5–7 Years |Location: Udaipur / GurugramWork mode: On-site (5days working)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Data Engineer Lead to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and pipelines. In this leadership role, you will take full ownership of data engineering initiatives, ensure high-quality data delivery. You will lead end-to-end data engineering efforts—from ingestion and transformation to orchestration and infrastructure—ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of the data ecosystem.Key Responsibilities :Lead the design & development of scalable batch and streaming pipelines .Build & optimize data lakes/warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query, Delta Lake).Develop workflows using Airflow, DBT, Spark, Kafka , and other modern tools.Implement robust ETL/ELT processes , ensuring quality, governance & lineage.Collaborate with analytics, product & engineering teams on data strategy.Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) and deploy on Docker/Kubernetes .Core Technical Skills:Strong expertise in data processing & automationAdvanced Python & SQLHands-on experience with AWS/GCP/AzureProficiency with Airflow, DBT, Spark, KafkaExperience with Snowflake / Redshift / Big Query / Delta LakeGood knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, KubernetesPreferred :Understanding of data governance, metadata, observabilityExperience with distributed systems & performance tuning
