Our initial focus will be on mythological stories from India, with a massive built-in audience of 1.7B, strong emotional engagement, and vast pools of rich data.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Product Designer, your expertise in user research, interaction, and visual design will be crucial in shaping innovative solutions that are intuitive and delightful for our users, helping to drive engagement. Collaborating closely with development and product teams, you'll transform insights from multiple sources into elegant, effective designs that enhance the user experience and contribute to our product’s success.ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centric solutions and experiences for our productCollaborate with product and engineering teams to translate product goals into innovative design solutionsConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for informed design decisionsCreate prototypes and high-fidelity designs for new features and iterative improvementsEnsure design consistency and coherence across the product by creating and managing a design systemRequirements and SkillsProven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skillsProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systemsExperience conducting user research and usability testingExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes clearlyExperience: 6-8 yearsGaming experience preferred.More Information on MythikFounder, CEO: on social: articles: timings, small team, collaborative work environment, immense learning on building industry best solutions for large scale systemsOpportunity to be part of Mythik at a very early stage and grow with it
