The Group is enabling business growth drivers by generating operational efficiencies while keeping the focus on its core business areas.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in a computer science or a relevant degree from a recognized University.Experiences :Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, support and RPA platform deployment and maintenance.Proven experience in RPA development and implementation using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and VBScript.Experience with managing and supporting RPA platforms and infrastructure.Ability to write and maintain scripts for task automation and process optimization.Experience with scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Understanding of scripting best practices, including error handling, logging, and code modularity.Certification in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros.Familiarity with SQL and database management.Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
