We are seeking a **Business Development Associate** to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote CloudTrains' portfolio of IT solutions. This role demands a mix of technical insight, strategic thinking, and sales skills to effectively position CloudTrains in a competitive tech landscape.
Job Description
Business Development (2+ years of experience preferred):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with the technical teams to align client needs with our service offerings.
- Share market insights and client feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote CloudTrains and build professional connections.
- Stay updated on tech trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Experience in:
- Lead Generation
- Online Bidding Platforms
- Providing weekly sales reports.
Required Candidate Profile
- Experience in IT Sales: web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital marketing in markets like the USA, UK, and UAE.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT sales.
