ensuring clean, accurate, and timely data availability.Business Planning Support : Drive critical business areas like demand forecasting , sales analysis , pricing strategies , new product launches , and stock replenishment planning .Insights for Action : Translate complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business strategies, from category planning to supply chain optimization .Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.Efficiency Tracking : Own the efficiency metrics of Kisah’s warehouse operations (both in-house and 3PL), such as packing time , handover time , and breach analysis, and drive continuous improvement.Data Storytelling : Create compelling visualizations and reports to clearly communicate insights and trends to key stakeholders.Process Optimization : Work on initiatives like network optimization (right inventory at the right warehouse) and improving customer delivery TAT.Core Technical
