Job Title:  Lead Full Stack Engineer (MEAN Stack)


Experience: 8-10 Years


Responsibilities:

  • Independently design and develop application features using MEAN stack technologies
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using TypeScript
  • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure high-quality code
  • Collaborate and work with development teams to deliver software solutions
  • Consider & Implement security measures & performance optimization where applicable
  • Lead development team, providing technical guidance and managing timely feature delivery
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using MEAN stack technologies
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with TDD
  • Prior experience in managing small teams to deliver successful projects
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (XP)
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
