Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Marketing Trends What we are Looking for: The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will handle all video and graphic design requirements for Social Tribe and will be an independent contributor. Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, as well as analysis Create Static, Video ads to be run as performance marketing ads Create Social Media Posts to be uploaded across Instagram and Facebook and perhaps LinkedIn as well Ownership of branding projects, inclding logo design, collateral design and other assets End-to-end handling of video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media. Create long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across platforms. Work independently, including identifying the most impactful timestamps from recorded videos (e.g., Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design. Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision. Education, Expertise & Experience: 3+ years in video editing and graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 00 per month + End of year Rs 60,000 bonus based on performance Paid time off Work from home Monday to Friday Performance bonus
