Hi, We are hiring for Technical Support Engineer JD; Core Responsibilities Issue Resolution: Own and resolve technical issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution within designated timeframes. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Customer Support: Understand customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution. DevOps Support: Provide support for critical applications using effective methodologies for efficient issue resolution. Documentation: Create and maintain support documentation, scripts, and debugging guides to build a repository of self-service resources. Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams. Technical Expectations Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Couchbase). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python. Strong knowledge of Linux commands and debugging tools for Java applications. Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and debugging microservices. Familiarity with Java programming and front-end concepts (UI understanding was emphasized during the discussion). Preferred Skills Tool development and automation scripting.
