How You'll Contribute
Collaborate with the team, including front-end developers, and product managers, to define and implement backend solutions
Architect, design, and develop backend systems and APIs that are scalable, reliable, and secure
Optimizing and fine-tuning the existing systems for maximum performance and efficiency
Ensuring code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards
Debugging and resolving complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and system failures
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers
Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement improvements to our technology stack
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain a high level of code quality
Who You Are
Having proven working experience of 5+ Years as a Python backend developer, or a relevant role
Having advanced system design and architecture grasp to develop a seamlessly interconnected system, facilitating efficient communication with both internal and external networks
Proficiency in Python and experience with popular Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
