Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work model - Client office in Mahadevapura) Experience: 8 to 12 years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days About the team: The Global Supplier Technology (GST) organization builds platforms and experiences that enable seamless business interactions between a leading e‑commerce company and its suppliers. GST empowers suppliers to operate efficiently at scale, covering product listings, order fulfilment, and performance management. Within GST, the Supplier Journeys team develops tools and integrations that help suppliers fulfil customer orders quickly, accurately, and reliably. The Senior Product Manager role will drive the next generation of supplier‑facing fulfilment tools, ensuring suppliers can manage orders efficiently, resolve issues proactively, and continuously improve performance to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce defect costs. A Day in Life: Develop strategy and roadmap for supplier‑facing order management experiences across Partner Home and API integrations. Enable suppliers to reliably fulfil dropship orders with clear insights and automation. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Service, and Partner Support teams to streamline exception handling, incidents, and returns. Drive design and adoption of performance dashboards and feedback loops to improve fulfilment speed and quality. Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics to define user stories, manage backlog, and ensure high‑quality product delivery. Act as the voice of the supplier within GST, advocating for scalable solutions balancing user experience, efficiency, and system performance. Must have: 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, e‑commerce, supply chain technology. Experience building or improving e‑commerce or logistics platforms. Strong customer empathy with ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences. Proven analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to prioritization and performance measurement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse technical and operational partners.
