As a family-owned company, we are dedicated to improving the communities where we live and work because we understand that their prosperity and well-being is critical to the success of our customer-focused business.ResponsibilitiesWorking with our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing marketing strategies and media investments to build brand equity, awareness, and sales of products to be launched under Lotus’ new brandDefine longer term strategic vision using a consumer-first mindset by identifying/assessing portfolio risks, setting strategies in the annual and long range planning processSupport new product innovation launches from ideation to launch across business case, product development, claims/positioning, costing, packaging development, sales strategy, and marketing activationLead integrated marketing strategy and execution including creative campaign development, digital marketing, email, PR and social media in partnership with external agencies/partnersDevelop agency briefs and project timelines to execute key initiatives in support of brand strategiesOwn and lead packaging renovation and development of existing products and new innovation in collaboration with creative partners and agenciesIdentify consumer trends to be leveraged in new products and line extensionsLead cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute against all elements of the business planBuild breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the businessManage end to end creative strategy- and ensure alignment with your understanding of the consumer and cultureQualifications :Possess 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector with expertise in brand building and innovationSelf starter with a growth mindset and the demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects with little oversightAble to execute on today's challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset around where we'll be six months, a year, and several years from nowYou have strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of the financial aspects of marketingYou have excellent organizational, planning, project management, and execution skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with exceptional team building skillsYou're passionate about your work; you care deeply about creating a sustainable food system
