Role: Solution Architect – Experience CloudLocation: PAN India - HybridYears of Experience: 8-12 yearsOnly Immediate JoinersJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Experience Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of industry experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust Experience Cloud solutions that drive customer engagement, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver end-to-end solutions.- Develop and document high-level and detailed solution architectures, including integration with other enterprise platforms and third-party systems.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Experience Cloud features such as digital experiences, portals, communities, and content management.- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning to ensure optimal delivery.- Stay updated with the latest Experience Cloud capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.- Support pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, estimations, and proposal development.- Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years architecting and implementing Experience Cloud solutions (Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms).- Strong understanding of Experience Cloud features, architecture, and integration patterns.- Hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.- Expertise in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences.- Experience integrating Experience Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.Preferred Skills- Experience with other cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
