The company weaves art deco forms and patterns through contemporary lines, using high-quality materials like leather, micro fabric, metal work, and wood detailing, all handcrafted in-house. ATTITUDES DECO offers one-stop solutions by creating immersive environments with innovative wardrobes, dressers, island counters, chest of drawers, consoles, autonomous units, and safes. This is a full-time on-site role for a Project and Interior Design Head located in Jaipur. The Project and Interior Design Head will be responsible for managing design projects, overseeing visual and product design, and ensuring branding consistency. The role includes tasks such as leading the design team, coordinating with clients, selecting appropriate materials, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards across all projects. Design and implement a robust sales strategy targeting premium clients and architectural partners. Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and enhancing brand visibility in the luxury interior market. Facilitate meetings with clients and architects, either virtually or in person, to understand their project requirements and design preferences. Prepare and present project quotations, purchase orders (PO), and project invoices (PI), along with brand presentations and quality control (QC) documents. Coordinate with the production team regarding production schedules, inspection, detailing, and product shoot arrangements. Negotiate pricing, and discounts, and finalize project contracts. Project Management and Execution: Conduct site visits as needed to oversee project progress and ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate post-production and post-installation shoots for marketing and social media purposes. Drive innovation and contribute to new designs and collections through continuous research and development. Engage in material research and development (R&D) to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new materials into our offerings. Design Management and Project Management skills Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury / high-end residential projects. Postgraduate in Interior design preferred Experience in Visual Design and Product Design Interior Design expertise Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in design software and tools
