Summary As a Business Developer at Simublade, We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Required Skills • Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them. • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead for closure. • Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products • Making proposals as per the project requirements and providing the clients with the clients • Generating revenues from portals like Clutch, Upwork, Elance and Guru Etc • Bidding experience on freelancing portals majorly on Clutch, Upwork, Guru and people per hour experience will be an added experience • Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile. • Knows ethical way of bidding and proposal making as per requirement understanding • Prior experience of handling targets and work as an individual contributor in the team.
