Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Process Associate for our banking process. This role involves providing exceptional support to our UK-based customers during their working hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and efficiency.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
