Position: Generalist InternLocation: MumbaiDuration: 3 monthsReporting to: FounderObjective:To assist in the day-to-day madness of building a new-age Nicotine Consumables brand: from campaign ideas to chaos control.You’ll get hands-on exposure across marketing, brand communication, partnerships and operations. If you’ve ever wanted to see how a startup runs (and occasionally runs on caffeine), this is your stage.Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Brand Support- Help execute brand and marketing initiatives across social, web and on-ground.- Brainstorm, assist and occasionally save the day in campaign planning sessions.- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for shoots, collabs and content drops.Research & Analysis- Keep tabs on what people are craving: track trends, competitors and audience insights.- Turn research into snackable takeaways and pitch-worthy ideas.Operations & Coordination- Support logistics for events, pop-ups and product activations.- Manage vendor coordination, influencer outreach and brand collabs.- Help keep inventory, promotional materials and chaos organized.Digital & Content Assistance- Help manage our social media presence (posting, replying and keeping it spicy).- Support with content briefs, captions and community engagement.- Contribute to emails, blogs and other digital communication.Reporting & Documentation- Keep neat records of everything from campaign spends to event outcomes.- Prepare weekly reports with updates, learnings and wins.Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills (bonus if you can make decks that don’t look like crime scenes).- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with tools like Canva, Notion, MS Office and Google Workspace.- Curious, organized and willing to learn (we’re big on attitude experience).- Passion for marketing, pop culture and brands that don’t take themselves too seriously.
