Job Title: Crisis Management Analyst
Location: Pan India (LTIMindtree Office Locations | Hybrid)
Experience: 3–6 Years (STRICTLY)
Employment Type: Permanent

We are hiring a Crisis Management Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and improving enterprise-level crisis response programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Crisis Management , with exposure to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) , Business Continuity Management (BCM) , and Risk Management .
Lead and support the development and execution of Crisis Management strategies and playbooks
Coordinate real-time incident response activities across business units during crises
Collaborate with business continuity and risk teams to align crisis response plans
Monitor emerging risks and provide timely risk intelligence
Prepare executive reports and dashboards on incident readiness and response effectiveness
Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management at the enterprise level
✔ Exposure to BCP/BCM frameworks and Risk Management practices
✔ Experience in conducting drills, simulations, and crisis response coordination
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making under pressure
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and hybrid work environment
You have less than 3 years or more than 6 years of relevant experience
You do not have real-time Crisis Management experience
You are looking for a remote-only role (this is hybrid )
You do not live in a city with an LTIMindtree office
