GrowthBuddy is seeking a Meta Ads Operations Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, resourceful, and eager to support the team in driving operational efficiencies and executing key tasks. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be inquisitive about our client’s business, and have a strong foundation in Meta Ads and project management tools.
Role type : Fully remote (3pm - 12am IST)
Salary range: ₹5 - ₹8L per year
Key Responsibilities:
Operational support:
Conduct week-over-week client reporting focused on Meta and paid social performance
Update client reporting decks with data and baseline observations
Maintain internal documentation to support team efficiency
Quality assurance
Perform regular QA checks on Meta ad accounts to ensure proper delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and flag any errors or issues. No direct budget management or optimization responsibilities initially.
Ensure campaigns are running without technical issues.
Data management & reporting:
Update dashboards and create presentation decks for internal reporting using tools like Looker (or similar), Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all reporting deliverables.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Director and team members to provide operational support
Support the team in maintaining organized and efficient workflows
Help drive team efficiency through process improvements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in paid social media advertising, specifically with Meta platforms.
Basic understanding and familiarity with Meta Ads, including experience with campaign management, reporting and analysing metrics.
Preferred background in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer advertising.
Experience using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker (preferred).
