Founded in 1967, It has been a leader in business transformation for over 50 years, leveraging technology to address a wide range of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations.The company is committed to unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future, helping organisations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.They provide a variety of services, including consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services.Job Details:-location : PuneMode Of Work : HybridNotice Period : Immediate JoinersExperience : 10-15 yrsType Of Hire : Contract to HireJOB DESCRIPTION:ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead projects to completion within agreed timeframesAdvise on project approach, resource planning and schedule for workManage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are deliveredEngage with senior stakeholders to shape the direction of the project.prepare and present key decisions for approval, articulating trade-offs between scope, solution and operational impactsAdherence to all governance, risk and regulatory frameworks as laid out by the clientSkills & ExperienceSignificant experience of working as a Project ManagerFamiliarity with the front-to-back processing required in Capital Markets businessesExperience of driving operational changeWell organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressureDemonstrable familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar project management toolsAn understanding of various project management methodologies and approachesExperience of working in a challenging environment with multiple cross project dependenciesProblem solving skills with the ability to introduce fresh thinking into a roleExperience in at least one of the following areas:Primary and Secondary MarketsAsset Classes (Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Futures & Options,Fixed Income, Bonds, Swaps)Front Office, Middle OfficePre-Trade Management, Pre-Trade Analytics, Pre-Trade Risk ControlsPost-Trade ManagementOperational Risk, Credit/Counterparty Risk, Market Risk ( Ideal skill to have )Fidessa, ION, ULLink, Calypso, Murex, FIX, ItivityQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent
