Job Title: Senior ReactJS Developer

Location: Remote Work From Home (India)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer with over 6 years of experience in frontend development. The ideal candidate must have an expert-level understanding of ReactJS, with proficiency in Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap templates. Knowledge of NextJS is a plus, as we believe that an expert in ReactJS can quickly pick up NextJS, and familiarity with it would be an added advantage. Experience with state management using React Hooks (e.g., useState, useEffect) is essential. Knowledge of cloud environments like GCP or AWS is preferred. The candidate should be well-versed in testing tools for ReactJS (and optionally NextJS) for unit testing and have a thorough understanding of responsive design principles. As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will lead the development of complex web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS (and NextJS, if applicable).
  • Design visually appealing user interfaces with Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap templates.
  • Implement state management using React Hooks (e.g., useState, useEffect) for efficient data handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement frontend solutions.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Use testing tools for ReactJS (and NextJS, if applicable), including unit testing, to validate code integrity.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in frontend development and cloud technologies.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on ReactJS.
  • Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and related frontend technologies.
  • Proficiency in Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap templates.
  • Strong understanding of state management using React Hooks (e.g., useState, useEffect).
  • Experience with testing tools for ReactJS, including unit testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments like GCP or AWS is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior developers in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with full-stack development, including backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, or Django.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Certification or training in cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
