We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Analyst who can seamlessly blend data mining, analytics, and influencer campaign execution. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data while also thriving in high-speed marketing environments. You will play a key role in discovering creators, running influencer campaigns, and building internal data systems that power our launches. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position ideal for someone looking to rapidly grow across both technical and marketing tracks. Data Mining Operations (50%) Execute manual and automated data extraction using scraping and mining tools. Build, organize, and update internal databases to streamline marketing outreach workflows Research, test, and recommend new tools, processes, and automation workflows. Analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and outreach. Influencer Campaign Management (50%) Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end for SciSpace launches—outreach, onboarding, content planning, negotiations, and performance tracking. Coordinate with influencers, share briefs, monitor deliverables, ensure timely execution and build strong relationships. Develop, experiment, and optimize outreach strategies across creator segments. Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for seamless campaign delivery. Measure campaign impact, compile performance reports, and recommend improvements for future launches. Who Can Apply Professionals with 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, data analysis, social media, or influencer operations. Individuals with strong data processing and data management skills. Experience in data mining, scraping, analytics, or influencer marketing is a strong advantage. Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment requiring speed, adaptability, and ownership. Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bangalore. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with influencer marketing and social listening platforms Basic understanding of APIs or scripting (Python/Node) for automation or scraping. Strong awareness of social platforms, content trends, and analytics tools. Ability to experiment with AI tools for automation, data processing, and analysis Why Join Us?
