About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist with an interest in affiliate
marketing to support our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone
passionate about data-driven marketing, learning to optimize paid media campaigns, and
managing affiliate partnerships. You'll gain hands-on experience working with large budgets,
tracking tools, and industry-standard platforms to help drive campaign success and optimize
ROI.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of Paid campaigns across networks like Google Ads,
Meta, Tik Tok, and other performance-driven channels.

• Help track and analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, and
conversion rates to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Participate in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization efforts to
improve traffic quality and conversions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for scaling and
optimizing affiliate-driven campaigns.

• Gain hands-on experience with affiliate networks, media buying, and budget
management.

• Work with project management tools like Trello and Asana.

• manage tasks, track campaign progress, and ensure timelines are met.
Requirements

• 1+ year of experience or strong interest in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.

• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, ROI and CPA.

• Basic understanding of ad platform algorithms (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, etc.).

• Experience or interest in working with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager,
Voluum, or similar.

• A willingness to learn how to implement and optimize tracking pixels and
conversions.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or

• A keen interest in data analysis, optimization, and learning campaign management
best practices.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with automation tools or data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
is a bonus.
