Its operations integrate technology and consumer insights to manage scale and efficiency.Job Description1) Procurement Strategy & PlanningPlan purchasing activities to meet operational requirements, budgetconstraints, and timelines.2) Vendor ManagementIdentify reliable vendors and suppliers.Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous deals.3) Purchase OperationsPrepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith internal procedures.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations at outlet level.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any supply chaindisruptions.4) Cost Control & Budget ManagementOptimize purchase costs while maintaining quality and service standards.Ensure adherence to the procurement budget.Monitor market trends and recommend alternatives to reduce costs andimprove efficiency.5) Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in allprocurement activities.Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and reports.Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, savings, and supplierperformance for management.6) Team ManagementLead, mentor, and supervise the purchasing team.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
