Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or technology sectors ) SBNRI is building the trusted investment and banking platform for NRIs worldwide. With thousands of accounts already live and over in AUM, we’re simplifying the complex world of NRI financial services.We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and app store channels. # Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages. # Leverage A/B testing to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. # Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights. # Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth. # Manage performance marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI. # Work directly with founders and leadership to align marketing with strategic goals. Skills & Experience: #2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups preferred). # Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tools. # Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. # Experience in landing page optimization and funnel tracking. # Prior experience with global audience targeting (especially NRIs) is a plus. # What matters is your ability to run, scale, and optimize performance campaigns that deliver results.
