We’re Hiring | Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerAre you passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM solutions that shape the future of intelligent automation?We’re looking for an experienced AI leader to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of large-scale AI systems.Role: Generative AI Lead / Principal EngineerExperience: 10–12 yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Location: RemoteNotice Period: Immediate / up to 20 daysKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Define the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for the Generative AI team.AI Strategy & Roadmap: Identify and execute high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.Model Development: Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).Multimodal AI: Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows.Scalable Systems: Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows.Cloud & MLOps: Train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.Mentorship: Coach and upskill ML/AI engineers on design, architecture, and best practices.Research: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in Generative AI and multimodal learning.QualificationsBachelor’s in CS/ML/AI or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).5+ years’ experience in ML/Data Science, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.Expertise in Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs, etc.).Experience with multimodal datasets (text, image, 3D).Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandas.Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization.Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If you’re ready to lead innovation in Generative AI and drive next-gen solutions — we’d love to connectDM me or share your profile at:✉️ #GenerativeAI #AIJobs #LLM #DeepLearning #MachineLearning #Hiring #RemoteJobs #AILeadership #TechCareers#
