Job Title: SAP BW/4HANA ConsultantLocation: BangaloreJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will possess a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA development (ABAP, ADSO (Advanced Data Store Objects), Transformation, DTP ) and basic Knowledge with HANA Calculation Views and BW Reporting.The role requires expertise in data loading, performance optimization, and job failure resolution. You will be responsible for managing daily process chains, enhancing scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP BW/4HANA system.Key Responsibilities1) BW Development:- Design, implement, and maintain ADSO to ensure effective data storage and retrieval from differentsources- Optimize data flows and improve performance within ADSO over BW Layer.2) Datasource Management:- Configure and manage DataSources to support data extraction and reporting requirements.- Ensure accurate and efficient data transfer between source systems and SAP BW/4HANA.3) BW on HANA and BW/4HANA Management:- Administer and support BW on HANA and BW/4HANA environments, ensuring optimal performanceand reliability.- Implement and support best practices for data modeling, reporting, and analytics4) Loading and Performance Optimization:- Monitor and optimize data loading processes to enhance performance and reduce load times.- Identify and resolve performance issues in data processing and reporting.5) Job Failure Resolution:- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of job failures.6) Daily Process Chain Monitoring:- Oversee daily process chain executions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.- Monitor for any anomalies or issues and take corrective actions as needed.7) Scheduling Enhancements:- Enhance scheduling and automation of process chains and data loads.- Develop and refine scheduling strategies to improve operational efficiency.8) Reporting Enhancements:- Analyze reporting issues reported by users- Enhancement of BW Queries and BW AFO Workbook (Analysis of Office)- Implement and support Hana Calculation views used in ReportingExperience:- Proven expertise in managing ADSO, Datasources , SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BWOnHANA.- Experience with data loading, performance tuning, and job failure resolution in SAP BW/4HANA andSAP BWOnHANA.Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and data modeling.- Proficiency in ADSO, DataSources, and data extraction techniques.- Experience with performance tuning and optimization in SAP HANA.- Familiarity with SAP Process Chains and scheduling tools.Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Strong analytical and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- be ready to learn new technology
