Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern at The Backpacker Co in Mumbai. The Intern will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks related to travel operations, including booking arrangements, itinerary planning, customer service support, and assisting with marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Passion for travel and knowledge of different destinations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
