Who are these Mushin guys and girls?
Mushin is an Inflection Point portfolio Gurgaon based startup developing B2 B Saa S products for automobile manufacturing units with the vision of automating, digitizing and Io T enabling manufacturing sector in India.
Mushin's patented software product significantly increases the efficiency and greatly decreases the cost of manufacturing Petrol/Diesel/EV cars and bikes.
Our software has been widely accepted and is being used by leading automotive companies like Maruti, JCB, Honda, VW, AMG, Hyundai and many more.

Anybody possessing the following skills and believing in our vision:
Experience
Prior experience (at least 5+ years of development experience)
Front End Skills
React.js Expertise : Building interactive and responsive UIs.
State Management : Redux, Context API, or other state libraries.
UI Libraries : Experience with Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap.
Version Control: Git proficiency.
API Integration: Working with RESTful and Graph QL APIs.
Back End Skills
Postgre SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
Backend Frameworks: Node.js with Express.js or other frameworks like Nest JS.
Database Integration: Experience in ORMs like Sequelize, Knex.js, or Type ORM.
API Development: RESTful API, Graph QL, and Web Socket implementation.
Security Practices: Authentication, authorization (OAuth, JWT), and data encryption.
Dev Ops Basics: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment experience.
What will be the responsibilities of Mushin's newest members?
Mushin has a small team of experienced developers. We are looking for somebody who can both lead them and also assist them in developing our product.
The new guy/girl will be directly put to work to manage the team of developers and deliver new features and improve usability of Mushin's patented software product. They'll be required to:
Oversee and contribute to the transition from MERN to Postgre SQL-based architecture.
Design, develop, and optimize both frontend and backend systems.
Lead the team, ensuring code quality, scalability, and best practices.
Manage database design, API development, and frontend integration.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Implement Dev Ops practices for streamlined deployment and monitoring.
What we DON'T offer:
Truth be told we won't be paying you hefty salaries like other startups.
Mushin has been a completely bootstrapped business and in the early days of this startup we will be able to offer you a monthly remuneration somewhere between ₹ 85,000 - ₹1,00,000.
