The role demands a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, taxation (Direct & Indirect), project accounting, and regulatory frameworks specific to the shipbuilding, defense, and offshore sectors. o Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: ~25-30 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ~ Strong exposure to project-based industries such as shipbuilding, ship repair, defense manufacturing, EPC, or engineering services. Expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and statutory compliance.
