We are hiring Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer with Shyam Future Tech for Kolkata ( HO) locationJob Title: Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack)Developer to work with the development of scalable web applications. You will be responsiblefor designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js,React, and Node.js. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deepunderstanding of modern web technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using theMERN stack.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and- other developers.- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing- systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.Strong proficiency in:o MongoDB – schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.o Express.js – middleware, routing, API development.o React.js – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), componentlifecycle.o Node.js – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).- Exposure to microservices architecture.Job Location : Kolkata.Employment Type: Permanent.
