Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Visualiser to join the creative team and push the
boundaries of design and innovation at The ideal candidate should be passionate
about creating impactful, clutter-breaking visuals that align with business goals.
As a Visualiser at Undo, you will collaborate with various teams to transform
ideas into compelling visual content that engages and inspires.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conceptualisation & Ideation: Develop creative concepts and visual strategies
that align with the brand's objectives and resonate with target audiences.
-Design Creation: Execute high-quality visuals, ensuring originality and attention
to detail across all creative outputs.
-Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and creative
strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
-Strategic Thinking: Understand the client's business goals and translate them
into creative visual solutions that drive results.
-Quality Assurance: Review designs for alignment with creative briefs, visual
quality, and consistency with brand guidelines.
-Time Management: Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects by effectively
managing workload and prioritising tasks.
-Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and
techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.
-Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining the
creative integrity of the project.
Non-Negotiables:
Location: Bombay-based
Timings: Monday to Friday, work from home, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
No. of years of experience: 3 years
Education: Art school background is mandatory (legitimate art schools - NOT
Arena Multimedia, MAAC etc.)
Industry: Mainline agency experience preferred
Communication skills: Strong. Should be a prompt and fluent communicator -
written as well as verbal

- Maintain a proactive approach in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh
ideas and solutions.
- Deliver projects on time while ensuring that quality standards are consistently
met or exceeded.

for better results.
