The team takes pride in delivering high-quality products and services to clients worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Domjur for a Senior Manager QC. The Senior Manager QC will oversee and manage the quality control processes within the manufacturing unit. Daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising inspections and testing of products, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The role will also involve training and supervising the quality control team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high production standards. A major part of the role will be of applying for and getting necessary approvals from various government agencies as well as private players like RDSO, NTPC, Adani, L&T, etc.QualificationsExpertise in Quality Control processes, Quality Assurance, and understanding of ISO standardsProficiency in Inspection and Testing techniques for welding products and materials and testing instrumentsStrong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Submerged Arc Welding Wire, SAW Flux, and MIG Wire manufacturing processesExcellent organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related fieldPrior experience as a Quality Control Manager in a manufacturing or welding environment preferredStrong familiarity with different types of approvals and certificationsAbility to work on-site and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced production environment
