Company Description GBR Fertility Centre is one of the pioneering and earliest establishments in the field of infertility care, upholding patient-centric values and a strong commitment to clinical excellence for the past 20 years. Headquartered in Chennai, we currently operate 3 units across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and are now planning to expand with new centers to reach and serve more smiling families. Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in gynecology or infertility services. Oversee day-to-day operations of OPD, IP, pharmacy, nursing, and support departments. Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, embryologists, nurses, counsellors, and front office. Manage OP and IP billing including credit discharges. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance monitoring, and training needs. Coordinate with marketing teams for camps, referral doctors, awareness programs, and patient education. Ensure proper counselling on treatment plans, financials, IVF protocols, and timelines by relevant teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and a management-related postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
