The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can build meaningful client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.- Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through both outbound and inbound channels, including phone, SMS, email, and digital outreach.- Deliver engaging and compelling service presentations to potential and existing clients tailored to their business needs.- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and value.- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform and optimize sales approaches.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing campaigns and leverage marketing collateral for lead generation.- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality customer experiences throughout.- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and team objectives.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management to support continuous improvement.Requirements:- Proven experience of 3 years in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably with a service-based company.- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).- Demonstrated ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively manage time across multiple priorities.- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software; proficiency with data analysis is a plus.- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and digital/inbound lead generation are highly desirable.- Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.Benefits:- 100% Remote: Work from anywhere, five days a week on an 8-hour night shift schedule.- Paid Internet and Health Insurance.- Company-sponsored laptop and device upgrades.- Paid Sick, Casual, and Holiday Leaves (including birthdays).- Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.- Supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.- If you are passionate about driving sales growth and enjoy making a measurable impact, we look forward to hearing from you
