The Associate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Founder's Office. Day-to-day tasks include project management, data analysis, preparing reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in decision-making processes. The role also involves organizing meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team.QualificationsStrong project management and data analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in preparing reports and presentationsAbility to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience in a similar role or in the healthcare sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
