We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the wealth or banking domain to join our dynamic team. This position requires a professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding project teams through the planning, execution, and delivery phases while maintaining a keen focus on the unique challenges of the banking and wealth management sectors. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that project objectives align with business goals and client expectations. Your maturity in managing various project methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, will be crucial in adapting to the fast-paced nature of our industry. We are looking for an individual who is not only detail-oriented and highly organized but also possesses excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and encourage cohesive teamwork. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects in the wealth or banking domain.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve project objectives.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in project management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 17 years of experience in project management within the wealth or banking sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate project challenges.
- A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
