We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support the end-to-end hiring process.Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.- Engage with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / HR internship experience is an advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Good organizational and time-management skills.- Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of ATS is a plus.- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
