The Pulse team is looking for full stack developers to enhance an application that is used 24 hours a day by a global team of medical coders and help create its replacement. You will have a flexible mind and work closely with the product owners and several teams to enhance the existing application, while keeping an eye on the future and always looking to go beyond the status quo. You don't have to be familiar with every technology (.NET, Azure DevOps, NPM, xUnit) we use, but a good grasp of basics and the ability to learn quickly is necessary. And, you will be surrounded by intelligent team members who you will be proud to call your peers Responsibilities Apply methods, concepts, and theories to new situation Mentors less experienced employees in fundamentals of development and technology stac Adapts and applies changes to local team processes to support team goals … focuses on important information as determined by other Cooperate with the business development, product, design, and development teams to participate in product feature and design discussions and to regularly demo your well tested and peer reviewed cod Remove roadblocks to development using excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skill Identify meaningful opportunities for improvement; mentor and be mentored by other Provide clear written communication using collaboration tool Demonstrate good presentation skill Separate complex topics into understandable part Influence the accomplishment of tasks beyond personal scope of responsibility Work with minimal supervision to provide solutions in a timely fashion Bring a passion to learn and the best engineering practices to the tea MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Proven programming skills with strong object oriented design Software development experience/portfolio that demonstrates your application development experience using .Net Experience with agile development methodologies Experience with unit test, integration test, continuous integration, and deployment Strong communication skills Strong debugging skills Ability to generate high level architecture for new problems Ability and desire to learn and work with new languages and technologies as needed Ability to learn legacy applications quickly and independently Ability to work independently .Net Framework (Legacy)/ASP.NET/.Net (Core)/C# A belief that unit testing is essential Strong SQL skills Experience with Git source control PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in few of these areas (or similar) Microsoft Certifications in .Net / C# Microsoft Certifications in .Net / MVC Microsoft Certifications in SQL Server services / Database Competent UI design skills Experience with Web API development Experience with Azure cloud services Experience with unit testing in xUnit with AutoFixture and Moq Experience with Node Package Manager (NPM), Gulp or Bower Experience with VisualCron Experience with NoSQL (Cosmos, Mongo, etc) Experience with VueJS, React, Angular, etc Experience in exchange, integration, sharing, and retrieval of electronic data; preferably health related data using HL7 standards. EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
