Role Summary:
Moonstack is seeking an experienced and skilled Java Developer to join our team. This full-time on-site role focuses on designing and implementing scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to develop robust applications and innovative solutions while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Framework .
Develop and optimize database interactions with MySQL and MongoDB .
Integrate event-driven systems using Kafka .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
3–10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Proficiency with Spring Boot , Spring , and microservices architecture.
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB database systems.
Strong knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design best practices.
Proficient in problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to web and mobile development frameworks.
Prior experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
