Role:

  • Developing and implementing alpha seeking and market making strategies
  • Risk management: Oversee trading positions, implement risk controls, and react quickly to market events to protect capital.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with quants, engineers, and other traders to continuously improve algorithms, adapt to market dynamics, and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Quantitative High Frequency trading or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating alpha and managing trading positions.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or other relevant languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
