Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Mongo DB, Node.js, and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development, cloud computing, and database management, with a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Node.js and Mongo DB.
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs in Node JS framework.
Implement secure and efficient database models and queries in Mongo DB.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
Work with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Implement caching strategies and optimize performance using Redis, CDN, or other techniques.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
Strong expertise in Mongo DB , including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, etc.).
Experience with serverless architectures is a plus.
Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or AWS SQS/SNS is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
