We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our School at Magalur, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.


As an Admission Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in driving admissions and increasing the conversion rate for our educational programs. Your primary responsibilities will include making cold calls, generating leads, providing student counseling, and maintaining accurate reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and possess a passion for education and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the school and its programs to prospective students and their families
  • Conduct campus tours and answer questions about the school.
  • Assist with the application process, including reviewing and processing applications and supporting documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process
  • Ensures that application information is entered into the student database
  • Attend school fairs and other recruitment events
  • Keep abreast of current trends in school admissions
  • Communicate the admission requirements and policies to the prospective students and their families

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of school admissions policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
