Lenze Global HR Architecture team is looking to hire a SAP SuccessFactors consultant in their Lenze India office for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) for implementing and managing global projects. This will involve the implementation of the project and the subsequent IT support.

Key Responsibilities as the Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors EC

Plan, manage, and oversee the full implementation project (timeline, budget, quality).

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).

Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.

Key Responsibilities as Technical Lead & Advisor – SAP SuccessFactors EC

Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.

Serve as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.

Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management).

Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.

Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC).

Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge
