You’ll work directly with founders, mentors, and stakeholders, ensuring each startup’s journey is smooth, strategic, and successful.What You’ll DoPlan and run structured partnership programs for robotics startupsGuide portfolio startups through key milestones (from prototype to Funding Ready)Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource allocationTrack and evaluate program performance; implement improvementsCoordinate cross-functional efforts (internal teams, mentors, investors, partners)What We’re Looking For5+ years in program/project management (preferably with startups or in tech ecosystems)Master’s degree in business administration or a related fieldComfortable juggling multiple tasks and delivering in fast-paced environmentsKnown for being a reliable executor and collaborative team playerFocused, humble, and dedicated professional who thrives in hands-on rolesEssential SkillsStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of startup ecosystems and the challenges faced by early-stage companiesExperience in working with startups or technology-focused organizationsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities & Proficient in project and data management toolsStrong communication, coordination, and execution skillsWhy Rx100 StartupsBe part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of roboticsWork directly with cutting-edge startups and innovative foundersHigh-growth, fast-paced environment with real ownershipFlexible work model and collaborative culture
