Required skill : Application packaging, Jamf, In Tune, MDT
Develop, maintain, and deploy system images for various operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux).
Create and manage software packages for deployment using tools such as SCCM, PDQ Deploy, or other packaging solutions.
Collaborate with IT and end-users to gather requirements for software and imaging needs.
Test and validate software packages and images to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to imaging and software deployment.
Document procedures and create user guides for imaging and software packaging processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software packaging and imaging.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Administer the endpoint management platform, including agent deployment and reporting, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint compliance
Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or new technologies being introduced in the environment.
Coordinate with the Service Desk team on enterprise-wide deployment actions and resolving endpoint management agent issues
Ensure software packages and patches are deployed efficiently and as transparently as possible
Coordinate with appropriate resources to ensure that endpoint assets are in compliance with Information security policies and standards
Use script language and tools to automate operational activities, tasks, system builds and changes in the environment (Power Shell, VBScript. Etc.)
Strong analytic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and negotiation)
Strong ability to self-learn new technologies
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Must be able to work under pressure and project deadline
Ability to weigh various suggested technical solutions against the original business needs and choose the most cost-effective solution.
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a concise and articulate manner
Develop relationships with peer groups, and business unit to stay current with technology
